The settle methods labeled "Cash pick-up" allow you to withdraw VND cash from our cash office partners in various locations in Vietnam.
How it works
Once your deposit is confirmed, we will contact you via phone (on the number you submitted w) to provide you the exact address of the cash office location and to arrange your visit. You can expect a phone call within one hour during business time. Your VND settlement will be ready for pick-up.
What about deposits?
We currently don't accept cash deposits on the exchange. You may check out our OTC desk if you're looking to convert larger amounts of cash or try our BTMs for smaller amounts.
