Fees

Each transfer method comes with three separate fees:

1. Deposit fee
   • This fee is applied only when used for depositing. We currently don't charge this fee at all.
2. Settle fee
   • This fee is applied only when used for settlements. For example, we will charge 25,000 VND for bank transfers.
3. Network fee
   • This fee is applied on both sides equally, and is used to cover the costs incurred by the transfer method. This fee is charged primarily on BTC, ETH and all assets based on Ethereum, and will change over time depending on the fee levels caused by blockchain congestion.
4. Exchange fee
   • This one is already included in the exchange rate. It varies depending on asset and sometimes transfer method.
