| Status name | Description |

| New | Initial status. Waiting for deposit. |
| Pending | Payment received, but not yet confirmed. For example when a bitcoin transaction has not been mined into a block yet. |
| On hold | Order requires manual review. This can happen in case of suspicious activity, or when the deposit amount is out of range. |
| Processing | Final step. This is when we will attempt to settle your order. |
| Completed | Everything went fine. |
| Canceled | Something went wrong, or order has expired. |
